CRABWICHES
(Thanks to Miss Harriet)

English Muffins
Sauteed "Crabmastered" crab or cooked crab (about 1/8 Cup of crab meat per English Muffin)
                                 Fresh Tomato Slices
                                 Swiss Cheese Slices
                                 Mayo

Split the English Muffins and place on a cookie sheet, apply a thin layer of Mayo (we use Dukes); then cover 1/2 with sauteed or cooked crab meat and the other 1/2 with a slice of tomato and a slice of Swiss Cheese on top.  Broil until the Cheese melts.  Put together and enjoy!

MASTERED CRAB APPETIZERS
 (Thanks to Miss Harriet)

Sauteed "Crabmastered" crab meat (in butter)
Crackers
                                 Tabasco or "Texas Pete"

Saute mastered crab in a little bit of butter in a skillet with salt
and pepper to taste.
Serve to friends and family straight from the skillet.
Place on crackers and top with a little Texas Pete
(or Tabasco, if you like it hot)!  Serve with cold beer on the side!

 CRAB BALLS
(Thanks to Miss Linda)

2 Cups raw "Crabmastered" crab meat
1 Tablespoon flour - self rising or plain (heaping)
                                 1/2 teaspoon salt
                                 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cayenne to taste (if you like heat!)
                                 Cooking oil for deep frying

Mix Crab meat, flour and seasonings.  Drop small amounts in heated cooking oil.  The small amount you drop will swell - so don't drop a large amount. Cook to 'medium brown.'  Soooo simple and soooo good!  Enjoy!
